Who am I?

I’m Ugo Akpala-alimi, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Ergonomist. I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people recover from pain and injury. But unlike traditional physios, I understand how your work setup directly impacts your body because I’ve been there myself.

When I started working from home in 2013, I developed wrist pain so bad it affected my typing, my work, and even simple tasks like picking up my child. I had to figure out a real solution, not just a quick fix.

Do I need special equipment for the exercises?

No fancy gear needed! Your rehab plan will use bodyweight movements and common household items. We can incorporate bands or weights for faster progress if you have resistance bands or weights.

How soon will I feel better?

Everyone is different, but many clients notice some relief in 2 -4 weeks. Full recovery depends on how long you’ve had pain, your consistency, and workstation changes. The good news? We track progress and adjust your plan as needed.

What if I don’t see results?

You will. We track progress every few weeks and adjust as needed. If something isn’t working, we fix it.
